The apartment is reserved for you. Deposit and terms follow the developer’s rules.
Sale and purchase or lease agreement. We recommend an independent legal review.
Interest-free instalments 25/25/25/25% until completion.
Inspection after completion and title registration at the Land Department.
Full ownership of a condominium unit. Foreigners can own freehold within the foreign quota — up to 49% of the project’s residential area. Availability for a specific unit is confirmed by the developer.
A registered long-term lease. The term, renewal and transfer conditions are set out in the agreement with the developer.

Yes. Both projects are offered as freehold or leasehold. Freehold for foreigners is available within the condominium’s foreign quota — we will find a unit with the ownership type you need.
In addition to the price, there are registration fees, a one-time sinking fund contribution, an annual common area fee and, for freehold, the corresponding premium. We will send an exact breakdown for your apartment with the price list.
Yes. The Title FIZZ is pet-friendly with its own Paw Park. At The Title KUARTZ, Building A is pet-friendly and there is a Pet Park on site.
